NF Energy reiterates its guidance for the full fiscal year 2011 revenue to be in the range of $30 million to $32 million and net income to be in the range of $6.0 million to $6.5 million. Guidance excludes any possible additional expenses for potential future financing activities.

NF Energy Saving Corp. announced today that it has signed a contract with China State Shipbuilding Corporation for the supply of flow control systems. The contract value is RMB 2.48 million. Pursuant to the contract, NF Energy will provide one 2.9 meter diameter flow control system to CSSC which is destined for use in a nuclear power station in India. NF Energy will then provide a further three flow control systems to CSSC for onward export to India. These products are expected to be delivered during the fourth quarter of 2011.
